SMVue Documentation

The Library is the workspace asset area for files and saved SMVue outputs. Open it from Library in the sidebar to upload files, review existing assets, download items, rename them, or remove files you no longer need.

What You See

The Library page starts with an upload area, then shows your workspace files in a table.

Upload area: drag files onto the page or click to browse. The page accepts images, PDFs, documents, and other file types up to 100 MB per file.

File list: each file appears with a preview or file-type icon, name, type, size, created date, and an actions menu.

Pagination: the list shows 20 files per page. Use the previous and next buttons when the workspace has more than one page of files.

If the workspace has no files yet, the page shows an empty state under the upload area.

Uploading Files

Go to Library.
Drag files onto the upload area, or click it to choose files.
Watch the upload queue for progress, success, or error states.
Clear completed uploads when you are done reviewing the queue.

Uploads run one at a time so quota and size checks are handled cleanly. Files larger than 100 MB are rejected before upload. If the workspace storage quota is reached, the page shows the quota error inline.

Working With Files

Use the actions menu on a file row to:

Rename the file inline
Download the file through a fresh signed download link
Delete the file after confirming the delete dialog

Deleted files are removed from the active Library list. If you delete the only item on a later page, the list steps back to the previous page automatically.

Previews and File Types

Images show a small live preview. If an image preview link expires or cannot load, the page falls back to a file-type icon.

Other files show an icon and a type label such as PDF, CSV, Spreadsheet, Text, Code, Image, Video, Audio, or File.

Saved Card Captures

Some assets come from SMVue-generated card captures instead of a manual upload. These rows can show a card-type badge, such as:

Pipeline KPI
Stage Funnel
Pipeline Waterfall
Sales Velocity

When card capture tools are enabled for the workspace, the actions menu for those assets can include:

Regenerate to create a new version from the stored card spec
Version history to review prior generated versions and download a specific version

These card-specific actions only appear for assets that support them.

Availability

The Library is workspace-scoped. If the Library surface is not enabled for your workspace yet, the page does not show the file tools.
