CRM Workspace
Use SMVue's in-app CRM workspace to review contacts, accounts, and deals in one place.
The CRM workspace is the day-to-day record workspace for teams using SMVue's first-party CRM. Open CRM from the sidebar when it is enabled for your workspace.
The page is available to manager and executive seats in workspaces with first-party CRM access. Reps stay in their own coaching surfaces, and workspaces without the first-party CRM enabled are redirected back to the dashboard.
Start from the overview
The CRM overview gives you a quick read on the workspace footprint:
- Contacts — people tracked in the current workspace.
- Accounts — companies linked to CRM records.
- Open deals — active pipeline still in play.
Each card links directly to the matching list, and the quick links section gives the same shortcuts when you already know where you need to go. Use the overview to check whether the workspace has enough record coverage before you drill into a specific list.
Work the core lists
Use the CRM subnav to move between Overview, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals without leaving the CRM workspace.
Contacts
The Contacts page is built for triage. Search the contact list, filter by source, stage role, and aging window, then open a row to review the contact details. You can also create a new contact from the New Contact action.
Use this view when you need to find people who need follow-up, check lifecycle or lead status, or confirm whether a contact came from native entry or another source.
Accounts
The Accounts page lists companies in the workspace with search, sort, pagination, and a New Account action. Open an account row when you need the account detail view.
Use this view to clean up company records, find accounts by name or domain, and review account metadata such as industry and account type.
Deals
The Deals page shows opportunities in a searchable, sortable list with pagination and a New Deal action. Open a row to view the deal detail page.
Switch to Board View when you want to work deals by pipeline stage. If stages are configured, deals appear in columns and can be moved between stages on the board. If no pipeline stages exist yet, the page points you to native CRM setup before the board can be used.
How it differs from CRM integrations
This page describes the in-app CRM workspace you use after first-party CRM access is enabled. It is not the setup guide for enabling Native CRM, and it is not the overview for connecting HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
If your team already uses an external CRM, connect that CRM instead and use SMVue's coaching, pipeline, acquisition, and meeting views over the synced data. If your team uses SMVue's first-party CRM, this workspace is where you create and maintain the underlying contacts, accounts, and deals that those manager views depend on.
